As the rain pours, so do my memories, and emotions. Memories of better times, but then worse times. Then I can't leave those bad times, and as the rain keeps coming, so does my sadness. Once I feed the sadness, it keeps coming back, and it overwhelms me. Where do I take this pain of mine? Do I keep it hidden, as I have the last 10 years of my life? Do I seek help as I have done only over the past several months? Or do I use this knife to make it leave? I rarely feel good I have the occasional moments of feeling confident, of wanting to live life. But more often, I want to lay and listen to this rain. I don't want it, and I won't take it. I
